Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 24-month/24,000-mile nationwide warranty on most parts and labor. Please ask our service advisor for specific details regarding your repair.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are highly recommended so we can get your car back to you as fast as possible. However, we do accept walk-ins for emergency situations and quick services like oil changes (subject to availability).
Do you provide loaner cars?
We do not have a loaner fleet, but we offer a complimentary shuttle service within Snohomish city limits to get you back home or to work.
Can I bring my own parts?
In most cases, we do not install customer-supplied parts. We cannot offer a warranty on parts we do not source ourselves, and we need to ensure the quality and fitment are correct for your safety.
